Message: I almost want to give 5 stars but I never give the highest rating anyway. Plus there are still things that seem to take to long to get done. But iko has done a good job at Rosedale Estates. The big guy that is the manager took the time to stop and tell my aunt/us about stuff we didn't know was violations. Plus my aunt says he got us street lights which the community never had. And, he brought us parking passes on a weekend! Good job Neal and iko!

Message: My community has a long way to go before we are in a good condition, but Ms. Isha Skanes is taking us in the right direction. The property was poorly managed prior to her arrival, but now we have the pleasure of being overseen by someone who is competent and provides constant and consistent communication, changes for the better, and potential solutions to problems that have occurred for years.

Message: I am compelled to write this review due to the award winning and amazingly spectacular service I received from Ms. Fitch at IKO Community Management. I had been trying ‘ALL’ means of communications possible to reach someone there since January 7, 2022. No one ever returned a communication. Then one day, (3 weeks later) out of nowhere, Ms. Fitch called me. She greeted me, introduced herself to me AND Apologized that none of my communications had been responded to, etc. We talked and once she understood my concern, she told me that it was NOT her direct area and that although she was out in the field right now, she would check on things and call me right back. Of course after waiting 3 weeks to speak with someone I really did not want to let her go and have her disappear down the rabbit hole, but I had no choice. I even remember thinking… ‘Well if I never hear back from her at least I finally did get a chance to speak with someone from IKO. ’ BUT to my Amazement, Surprise, Shock and Unexpectedness SHE REALLY DID PHONE ME BACK THE EXACT SAME DAY (I think about an hour later) WITH INFORMATION I COULD ACTUALLY USE! She even gave me her direct email address for me to send paperwork to. I was Completely BLOWN AWAY and in Awe! In the 9 years I’ve lived here, I have NEVER EVER had a response, service, Niceness or Sincerity from the HOA. I am extremely elated and grateful that Ms. Fitch phoned me, was able to assist me and was professionally kind. It’s quite interesting because I had actually started researching how to report, remove and replace an HOA. However with the courteous, remarkable and informative information I received from Ms. Fitch, I am instead writing this letter of praise about Her. She was definitely a Blessing and a Light at the end of the tunnel. I Pray that others at IKO Community Management company take a page from Ms. Fitch’s book and return communications made to the company and also nicely assist the client members of the HOA. I feel Blessed by her kindness, her dedication to go beyond the scope of her responsibilities, her professionalism and tenacity to resolve the situation. May God Bless her as she’s quite a Blessing to others. Thank you again!
